Meet Dr. Ashcraft

Dr. James Ashcraft is a dedicated general dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care. He offers a wide range of services, including dental implants, endodontics, surgical extractions, removable and fixed prosthodontics, and Invisalign®.

His clinical expertise is backed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Birmingham VA, which provided him with intensive training in complex restorative and surgical procedures. This advanced background allows him to provide specialized care while maintaining the personalized touch of a family practice.

Beyond his technical skills, Dr. Ashcraft is known for his commitment to patient communication. He prioritizes explaining the "why" and "how" behind every treatment, ensuring his patients are never in the dark about their oral health. By encouraging questions and fostering a transparent environment, he helps patients feel confident and comfortable in the chair.

Dr. Ashcraft remains an active member of the professional dental community through the American Dental Association (ADA), the Alabama Dental Association (ALDA), and the Academy of Osseointegration.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ashcraft is a local volunteer at his church in Auburn and enjoys spending his spare time working on home improvement projects.
